The Firm has a strong and busy international presence and significant roots in the Italian business community. The historical headquarters of the Di Francia Law Firm are in Palazzo Spada, Bologna, Italy. Bologna and its surrounding area are strategically located and served by a modern and efficient infrastructure. The Firm also has an office in Milan, where it operates mainly in the fashion and design industry.

The Di Francia Law Firm has three foreign offices. Its long experience in the Gulf Region, culminated in 2008 in the opening of its Dubai, UAE office. The Dubai office is located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the Emirate's prestigious Financial Free Zone. Dubai is a hub and the gateway to the strategic markets of the Middle East and Far East. The Di Francia Law Firm was the first Italian international law firm to open in Dubai. In 2009 we opened an office in Istanbul, Turkey, which handles the strategic Black Sea area.

In these target geographical areas the Firm has built up a high level of knowledge of the local legal environment, business environment, the market, and the economic, political and social situation.
